These terms govern access to Arenaton public site, app, and API surfaces. By using the service, you are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, and you must not use Arenaton where prediction markets are restricted or unlawful.

Nature of the Service

Arenaton provides prediction market software and related information. Nothing on Arenaton is legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Prediction markets involve risk of loss.

Wallet Responsibility

You are responsible for your wallet, signer, private keys, seed phrases, device security, and transactions you authorize. Arenaton cannot reverse valid blockchain transactions or recover lost keys.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Arenaton for unlawful activity, market manipulation, insider trading, wash trading, spoofing, service disruption, or attempts to bypass risk and jurisdiction controls.

Availability

Access may be restricted, paused, or moved to close-only mode for legal, security, incident response, responsible-use, or market-integrity reasons.
