These terms apply to the Arenaton Android app and related services. Users are responsible for complying with local law and for safeguarding their own wallet credentials.

Market Risk

Prediction markets involve risk of loss. Prices, liquidity, live event status, data feeds, and blockchain settlement can change quickly. Paper Trading uses PaperUSDC on Amoy and has no real value.

Acceptable Use

Users must not manipulate markets, abuse APIs, evade risk controls, use the app unlawfully, or interfere with service operation.

Non-Custodial Boundary

Arenaton cannot recover lost private keys, reverse valid transactions, or guarantee market outcomes. User assets are expected to remain in user-controlled accounts or contracts.
